You land in the Hudson, you get fancy pinata's!

I just came across some serious awesomeness and I am pretty sure my new idol.  His name is Tony Dominguez and he recently created life size duck pinata's for an event with the passengers of Flight 1549, the one where Sully landed them safely into the Hudson after there was a goose attack to the plane.

I am still investigating this gentleman, its taking more than a quick Google search. As soon as I have more information I will post, maybe I can even get a little interview going.

For now, check out this nice article from the LA Weekly: http://www.laweekly.com/2010-01-21/columns/flight-1549-homage-to-bad-luck-geese/

  1. Ooh he used feathers! I think he is onto something there. You should definitely invest in some feathers :)

  2. Hi I just ran across your post. My name is Gina Linn Espinoza and Tony Dominguez is a client of mine and I worked with him on that project. Please feel free to email me at: GinaLinn.Espnoza@LaMuerteVive.com
